Asking for help after the tragic loss of Grandma

I am seeking help for a kind family of 3 who have fallen on very difficult times. Ken and Kendra were living with her Mom when Ben, their now 5 year old autistic son was born. They were somewhat financially dependent on her as they are all on SSI for various reasons. Their child was extreamly bonded to Grandma and this loss has been profound. They are unable to keep the home. Kendra has known this as home for 45 years. She and her family are having to move out of state where homes are cheaper. She is devestated to leave Tucker. Her Mom did leave her a small inheritance, just enough to get a property. But that inheritance took the entire family off their SSI ans their much needed medicaid. With Kendra's battle of stage 3 cancer the last couple of years, she is very afraid of it returning and being without insurance. However, once they can provide proof of spend down, they will be able to get back on. But it can take several months for that to happen. Until then, they are in desperate need of financial help to get them through with food and utilities. They are grateful for any help. This is a very scary and uncertain time for them.
