Aid for Jasper's Healing and Family Care

Hi there , here is the story :

My 2 month old , Jasper , is sitting in the hospital in shands recovering from surgery .

I had taken him and his sister ( he is a twin ) to their pediatrician appointment on Friday 9/27 around 9 am. they got their vaccines , we got home and they pretty much slept the rest of the day .

around 11pm I noticed he had turned PALE and SCREAMING and he was throwing up.

we took him to advent health Ocala for a check out and they told us it was normal vaccine sickness and to just do pedialyte for the next 24 hours . He threw up every single time even with the smallest amount . So Sunday 9/29 when we woke up, I went to change him and noticed blood in his diaper . We rushed him to shands where they immediately started on scans and tests to see what was going on. He had gotten what they called was telescoping intestines . His body had a reaction to the vaccine and was fighting it off and caused it . He had to be taken to the OR right away to fix it . After they were done they told me it had been that way for Atleast two days , so that puts it to the night we were at advent and that there was more dead intestine than should have been .

I live about an hour away , and right now I have been asked on what we could use help with, and our biggest concern is gas getting to and from Gainesville every day as I have other children to take care of .
