Aid For Injured Officer Sean McPherson

Donation protected
Sean McPherson, a Police Officer with the City of North Charleston Police Department, was involved in a vehicle pursuit on March 18th, 2025. During the vehicle pursuit, he exited his vehicle in an attempt to help stop the suspect, to which his right knee sustained a full patellar tendon rupture.

Sean’s injury left him immobilized due to the tendon rupture, which has a wide range of recovery time, being anywhere from 6 months to 12 months. Due to a lengthy recovery time, he is unable to work overtime or off-duty employment, which he heavily relies on to support his family of six.

He and his fiancée have one child together who’s 2 years old and three stepchildren ages 5 years old, 7 years old, and 10 years old.

Sean has been with NCPD for nearly 6 years. He has served the majority of his career with South Evenings Team Two and was assigned to The Powershift Unit nearly for a year.

Please consider supporting the McPherson’s in their time of need. All funds will be directly provided to Sean and his family to assist with medical bills, recovery, and monthly expenses.
