Immigration Lawyer fees and Bond for Erubiel & Ale

Every bit of support helps us raise money for my brother’s immigration lawyer and bond.

My brother was detained March 3rd 2025. He had a court date in June 11th, 2025, but the judge didn’t care for his case and decided to extend his detention. His lawyers have  filed an appeal and now his next court date was pushed further to October 2025.

My brother Erubiel is hardworking man, married, and a father to a 1 year old boy . He had previously  submitted a I-130 (which is an a petition to give him legal status through his wife). We’re hopeful his judge takes that into account and is able to be released. Before his detention , he owned a small detailing business and was the sole provider for his family. His detention has put a huge financial strain on all of us.

My family has been selling food every weekend trying to raise money for his bond and legal fees.

At the same time, I am also going through my own immigration process. My brother and I were brought to The United States as kids in hopes of finding a better life. He was only 9 months old and I was 12 years old. Unfortunately, when DACA was announced I didn’t qualify.

We’ve found a home in this great country. I’ve created a family of my own. My husband and I have been together for 17 years and married since 2013. I now have three sons who are all U.S. citizens, ages 10, 3, and 1. Every day I live in fear of being separated from them.
