On February 12, my world came to a halt when my husband, Daniel—a lawful green card holder—was detained by ICE. For the past month and a half, he has been in custody, and every day without him has been an emotional and financial struggle. Daniel isn’t just my partner; he’s my family, my support, and my heart. His absence has turned my life upside down, but I refuse to give up on reuniting us.

I’m not usually one to share my personal struggles, but I can’t stay silent any longer. The mounting legal fees, bond costs, and other associated expenses are far more than I can manage on my own. This is why I’m reaching out to our friends, family, and community for help. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to bringing Daniel home.
