Hello my name is Debbie Lyons. I am 73 years old and live in lake city with my family. I am a grandmother of two and a mother and they all live with me..

We are now HAVING TO moving from hotel to hotel due to our hot water heater which broke and flooded our home and flooded all our floors which we had JUST installed in May of this year 2025 only two months ago NOW MY FLOORS MY WATER HEATER AND CARPETS NEED REPLACING ALL DESTROUED.

I have very little insurance and the little Insurance money has been used up by the initial servpro clean up and now there is now no money left ...so now it is leaving expenses for ME Iand it IS COMING OUT OF MY POCKET...Me N MY FAMILY IS having to live in hotels for weeks while our home is being repaired .and it is leaving us with these expenses to replace the floors and carpet in all our rooms . On top of that our air conditioner is broken and leaking onto the floors also. WHICH HAS TO ALSO BE REPLACED BY ME A 10000 DOLLAR SSYSTEM OUT OF POCKET .ALSO I HAVE TO PAY 2000 OUT OF POCKET FOR MY WATER HEATER INSURANCE DONT COVER IT.

I AM RETIRED Living on a fixed income AND my husband IS A 100 percent disabled veteran iAND IS IN hospice. MY FAMILY NEEDS HELP MY HUSBAND CANT HES IN HOSPICE. IT IS JUST ME.
