Aid for Aaron and his Family

My name is Aaron Salazar. I'm a regular 27-year-old man whose life changed overnight. 9 years ago, my father fell at home and hit his head, suffering a traumatic brain injury. I miraculously came home early that night from just hanging out with friends. I heard the crash, ran downstairs, and saved his life. Little did I know how different things would be for me. After a grueling recovery process, learning how to walk, talk, and recovering through memory loss, we got him back. My dad, my hero, though back with us, would from that point on need continued support to travel around, communicate, and more. I dropped out of school, and my brother continued working so we could both take care of the finances in the house while my mother would be the caretaker. Fast forward to today.

At the beginning of the year, during an ER visit when my dad was complaining of chest pain, we discovered that my dad's heart wasn't functioning well. He went through the procedure only for us to later find out the medications he'd need to take wouldn't be covered under his insurance. While we scrambled to sort the mess out, we'd inevitably had to pay after exhausting resources and samples we were able to get. As of now he’s back in the hospital after a scary ER visit, and has required me to take off more time from work to be with him and handle the mess. 

On top of all this, my car began to have issues. After going to one mechanic, it cost me an arm and didn't resolve the problem. I went to another who, then fixed the issue at the cost of an arm AND a leg. Just for my car the following day to have something else unrelated go wrong! Only 90k miles on it, and at this point, I'm fully tapped out. I don't have a means to get to work or handle the bills.

So here we are. I'm at a loss of what to do, with no capital to coast on and no means to travel to work, or visit and help my father as freely hopefully finding a solution in the kindness of others as I continue forward looking for alternative solutions.
