Aid for a Mom in Crisis: Abuse and Illness

I know it’s Christmas time, but if there is a community that can grant a Christmas miracle, it's this one. I would like to share the story of my best friend and the challenges she is currently facing.
Over the past year and a half, my best friend and her four children have endured unimaginable betrayals from her husband of fourteen years. He has been involved in identity theft, child endangerment, abandonment, verbal/mental/emotional abuse, cyber fraud and mail fraud. Their safety is jeopardized, and to make matters worse, she is now undergoing tests for a cancer diagnosis. She has four children. One son who is 19 that lives with her while attending KSU and serving in the National Guard, another 13 year old son who is star athlete and two 7 year old twin girls.
Her husband initiated an affair with another church member, which began at their church, leading them to find a new place to worship. Additionally, they were forced out of their home because he had not paid the mortgage for two years. She went from being a top-selling real estate agent to being unable to work, as he restricted her access and shattered her cell phone. The cell phone account was frozen on an account that was over drafted by thousands of dollars.
Recently, she reversed a 12-month protective order out of love for her husband and belief in their marriage. Unfortunately, she has since been cut off from all financial resources, leaving her unable to buy groceries or support her children. She has been searching for a full-time job, having given him her last savings, trusting that he would pay the bills and rent with that money. Instead, he pocketed it for his own benefit and has been involved with another woman.
Additionally, she is unable to drive her car for two reasons: he slashed her tire, and the spare is unusable. Furthermore, the insurance has lapsed, and unbeknownst to her, he has not paid taxes in two years, preventing her from renewing her car registration.
She only discovered the insurance had lapsed when she called to update her life insurance policy. Now, she also needs funds for legal fees for divorce filings and restraining orders to protect herself and her children.
If you can find it in your heart to donate anything at this time, I know that she and her children will be eternally grateful!
These funds will be used towards attorney fees, and helping her with monthly expenses and groceries.
