Most people know that I had have a aggressive amount of physical surgeries within the past year, accompanied by multiple DVT's spread out through the course of my recovery, Most have also seen that in a short amount of time I am able to rebound and get right back to work. What those might not know is during this road of physical traumas, I've experienced a couple of small strokes, and fortunately have not left much physical signs, other than selective tremors and shaking.

Unfortunately, these issues have lead to my cognitive decline since last October, and rapidly becoming a hindrance in my daily life, leaving me at times lost or missing bouts of time. Due to this decline I have been hospitalized 3 previous occasions culminating in a total of 8 more DVT's . The lack of awareness of my surrounds have been putting me into situations where I am forgetting life continuing medications, and physical situations that have been dangerous and being confused or unaware what the "hell " just happened.

In order for me to progress forward, I will have to undergo a extensive cognitive rehabilitation, while being closely monitored for cardiac and Hematology. In order to do so I will once again have to be hospitalized to a facility that specializes on Stroke, TBI, Cognitive and Behavioral health, so that one day I might be able to properly integrate into the world and work force.

All of the above mentioned are light work for myself, unfortunately for those of you who have a family of your own, know how difficult it is to be away from them, especially when you cant verbally communicate or explain to young children and assure them that you're still Daddy.

With that said I am most definitely a stubborn man, probably the only reason Im still waking up today.

I've seen with my struggles how just so many strangers have been so willing to just be there, and support where they can, so I am just being honest and hopefully anybody anywhere, might be able to help my family, my wife Brionna is a small business owner, wonderful boys are the happiest kids in the world and they don't ask for anything except for the love we are able to provide, and its torn me up to the point not being able to be the man I once was for them, not being able to guarantee I can keep a roof over their head, relying on last minute jobs to get the groceries in, selective appointments because of gas money.

I've held off on this hospitalization because of the financial impact me not working would take, but I am unable to function, drive, answer questions , go blank in the middle of a task.

so please if you can give anything to help I would appreciate it, my wife will need the help I once was able to provide, and my kids wont have to suffer due to things beyond their comprehension... I mean I cant comprehend s*it, but I know I need help, I know not everyone can, but I know there are some people out there willing.

idk what the road ahead is for me so if my minds not working great I just threw out the most absurd ask, and will be happy with the pennies your find in the couch, or just the time you spent to read, and possibly share.. who knows someone else might be dealing with similar issues and is too proud to ask for help.
