Help Our Dad Recover from a Stroke

In the early hours of Monday, July 21st, our father suffered a major stroke and was rushed to the ICU. He was placed on a ventilator and intubated to help him breathe. By the grace of God, he is now breathing on his own and showing small signs of improvement each day.

Our dad is a strong, outgoing, and deeply loving man. A father of four and proud grandfather of eleven. He’s always been the kind of person who lights up a room with his spirit and determination. Watching him fight through this has been both heartbreaking and inspiring.

My sisters and I immediately drove from Texas to California to be by his side. While we’re so thankful he’s still with us, we know his recovery journey will be long, complex, and expensive. We are raising funds to help cover:

• Medical expenses

• In-home care and therapy

• Long-term rehabilitation

• Living expenses during recovery
