My name is Margret Lynch Pangburn. On behalf of Bradley Allen and his family, we are raising money to help with the costs of the adoption costs in order for him to adopt Stella into the Allen family. Due to the sudden death of his mother, Michelle Allen, there have been several additional costs that the family has to face all while trying to go through the adoption costs as well.
