I’m reaching out on behalf of my dear friend and coworker, Alfredo—a man I’ve come to deeply admire. Alfredo is someone who shows up every day with a smile, no matter the challenges life throws his way. He’s not just a dedicated employee and respected colleague—he's a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who has spent his life putting others first.

Alfredo and his wife are raising their grandchildren full-time, after already raising their own children. The love and commitment they pour into their family is nothing short of inspiring. They've sacrificed so much to ensure their grandkids grow up in a stable, loving home.

Recently, Alfredo faced a major health scare that required emergency surgery. When I visited him in the hospital, he wasn’t thinking of himself—he was worried about his family.
