Aid Alexandra's Family After Fire Tragedy

My name is Kim Garstein, and I've created a GoFundMe page for my friend and boss, Alexandra Von Tiergarten. Alex and her children lived in Pacific Palisades.

I've known Alex since my early college days through family friends, and as fate would have it, we later worked together at Robert Half. We both started our careers together many years ago, and I'm lucky enough to call her not only my friend but also my boss.

Alex and her two children, Anneliese and William, lived in the Palisades, and unfortunately, their home was destroyed. They have lived in that house for the last 18 years, and this is the only home her children have ever known. On Tuesday, I could see the fire starting to burn from our building and had no idea of the magnitude and devastation that would follow. Alex rushed home from our Pasadena office to get William, and I spoke with her as she was heading to evacuate with both of her children in the car. William's school was also partially destroyed in the fire.

I'm hoping that you can donate and share so that Alex and her children can cover expenses that might not be covered with other sources of aid. Alex is one of the most resilient and positive people I know. She is a phenomenal leader and is extremely involved in fundraising for her children's school. My heart breaks for her and her family. I know that Alex and her family will get through this incredibly difficult time, and any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. The money will be spent to help them through this challenging time.
