I’m reaching out today on behalf of my Soror who is going through an incredibly difficult time. Over the past several months, she has faced a series of major health challenges including multiple surgeries (abdominal, back, and others), severe back and knee injuries that have resurfaced from a tragic car accident in 2016, and ongoing struggles with coping mentally.

These complications have made it impossible for her to work. And even still, she began substitute teaching but the school year has now ended.

Despite her strength and resilience, the financial toll has been devastating. She has exhausted her savings and maxed out her credit cards just trying to keep up with basic needs and medical expenses. Right now, she is facing serious housing insecurity and is not able to receive other forms of assistance at this time!
