The name 'Agape' is defined as "the love of God for humankind and the love of humankind for God. With the experience of agape love, it is possible to feel SELFLESS love for other people.
The best example of agape love is the unconditional gift unrequested. It is the strong desire to help someone in need and remain anonymous if possible."
Agape Silicon Valley was started by two friends, Todd Langton and Lisanne Huber. As regular volunteers for organizations to those that assist the less fortunate, we wanted to be able to do more, help more, empower more.
Even during the face of Covid, we have still been going out every-other-Saturday, distributing needed food and supplies to the 'house-less' of Silicon Valley. Our mission is also to empower them with the needed resources to navigate life on the streets and to enhance their quality of life.
With your support, we will be able to provide the needed food, supplies, and needed resources to our friends on the streets. We aim to not just help them to 'survive', but to help them in the next steps to transition to a better life.
We thank all of those who have supported us in this journey, and together may we find the solution to end homelessness.
