On the 26th January 2025 I realised the social contract has failed, housing affordability across Australia has reached an untenable point and I couldn't accept it.

I was part of the private industry team that worked with the Commonwealth Government during the Urea Crisis in 2021.

I went to the Government again with a plan to fix our housing crisis, naively expecting them to understand the gravity of the situation and expecting them to act as they did during the urea crisis.

When I realised they wouldn't, I decided we have to step in ourselves.

I went on Tiktok, shared my plan, found likeminded individuals and we started this charity together.

We are a female majority / led organisation, with lived experience board members. The people on this board are some of the most passionate advocates for housing justice I could find and I am incredibly proud of everyone who has joined us on this journey.

We'll be joining this fight to provide secure and affordable housing solutions for as many people as we can.

Our mission:

Is to eradicate homelessness in Australia, presenting a road map for initiatives and reforms for other nations to adopt, following a housing first method that allows for a flexible individualised approach to the wide range of factors affecting housing security.

This charity exists to rebalance, to stand firmly and loudly on the opposite side of the imbalance greed and corruption has created.

We'll be:

Providing housing security to vulnerable people.

Bringing affordable housing stock to the market.

Support FDV victims with wraparound services.

Providing risk evaluated system reforms to fix this problem properly.

and many more programs and initiatives to come depending on available funding.
