My name's Trevor. I’m a single dad to a 6-year-old son named Sebastian. I’m currently fighting a costly battle for 50/50 custody of my son. I went through a divorce a few years ago and was battling depression, so I moved to Utah to be closer to my family and my support system. At the time, I signed custody papers my ex-wife had drawn up, assuming she had the best interest for Sebastian. But I quickly found out otherwise.

Since returning to Idaho, we had been doing 50/50 custody, basically just not in writing. About 6 months ago, I began dating, and my ex-wife took away all visitation to Sebastian. So, I started this fight to get him back legally. Lawyer costs keep adding up, and I don’t want to give up this fight. So I have had to humble myself and reach out for help. I just want my son home again.
