Hi, my name is Karen O'Sullivan. On SATURDAYTHE 23RD OF SEPTEMBER, I will attempt to swim around The Great Island (Cobh). Should I be successful, I will be the 1st woman ever to swim the 27KM circumference of cobh.

I hope to raise money for mental health services provided by CARRIGTWOHILL RESOURCE CENTRE. A few years ago, I found myself in a very dark place. Thanks to the help provided by the centre, I was able to regain the ability to live life on life's terms. I am so grateful to the FRC and by raising both awareness and money for this cause, I hope that whoever is struggling out there gets the chance of help that I got. All money will be donated to Carrigtwohill Resource Centre to provide counselling for those in need. We will be so appreciative for every donation no matter how small! XOXOXO
