My name is Marie, or Sis, as Adrian used to say, staring me down with intense intimidation and undeniable love.

The way he would greet me and I’m sure all of you, with his forceful joy, seeming to challenge me to deny the fact that we were family because he said so.

Adrian was the most loving partner to Sam and proud dad to Jordiee, Jaxson and Kaity.

I’m honestly still absolutely shocked that he didn’t just become mates or brothers with death and invited it over for a BBQ.

He has left behind Sam, the love of his life and hers to him. They were made to be together, and I’m sure Sam has not even begun to process this loss.

Jordiee, Jaxson and Kaity are going to have to work out what their lives are going to look like with the man that had so much awe towards his children.

Nothing will ever replace our brother Adrian, but us all chucking in what we can, we can possibly make these next few weeks/months a tiny bit less stressful for his family.
