someone has offered to help Cari and Terry with the adoption process at a lower fee, so that is why I have changed the total needed. 
This is Ella's story.  She was born in Sept 25, 2019 to John and Casey Jenkins.  I'm not sure if everybody is aware of this information but John is our younger brother.  John and his wife Casey are both drug addicts.  Casey gave birth to Luella(ELLA) Suzanne Jenkins.  Ella was born addicted to 3 drugs meth, fentanyl and heroin.  She was on a morphine pump for 2.5 weeks to help ween her off the drugs she was born addicted to.  Ella was born 6lbs but ended up being around 5 lbs when leaving the hospital after being on the morphine pump..  John and Casey lost custody of her right away.  CPS contacted me when she was only a week old.  John had only told CPS that he had one sister, me!  When they contacted me I was at a lose. I knew that my income wasn't going to be enough.   I asked them to contact our other sister Cari and see what she said about taking custody of Ella.  I knew that Cari and Terry were both great parents of 6 other kids at the time.  Their youngest twins were 11 when they heard about Ella.  They weren't looking to adopt or have anymore kids but they both meet and fell in love with Ella right away.   Cari took custody of ella when she was just over a week old..  Even then it cost quite a bit of money for Cari and Terry.  This means now Cari and Terry have to pay for a very expensive private adoption since they weren't foster parents at the time it cost between $8000 and $10,000.  They want ella to become Luella Dianne Fisher (I finally get to pass on my middle name). They want to make it official that Ella has and always will be their daughter.  They need help doing this, that's what this go fund page is all about.  John and Casey have not seen pics or videos or even Ella herself since she was born and in the NICU when she was less than 2 weeks old.

We're asking for your help.  Ella has touched so many people's lives in her almost 2 years here.  She's a sweet, loving, brave little girl.  She loves to cuddle, blow kisses, eat, play outside, spend time with her half siblings, her step siblings and her mama and dada. She is also a gaga and aunt cassies little mini me.  She has already fought to many medical issues for someone who isn't even 2 years old yet.  If you can afford to help Cari and Terry make a little girls dream come true, please donate.  If you can't afford to donate and just wish to provide kind thoughts and prayers, please do so.  Ella deserves the best in life.  Just like every child.  She may have been birthed by someone else but her real parents have and always will be Terry and Cari Fisher.  Cari took full custody of her but Terry's name isn't on the custody forms so that and her name change before school are important reasons for an adoption.   That and for Ella to stay with her family permanently.
