adoption of Addison and change of last name

hi, my name is Joseph gonzalez and over the past several years I have raised Addison and been with her mother. we want to give her the best Christmas gift a daughter can ask for. a few weeks ago she asked me to finally adopt her so she can have my last name which her mother and brother already have. I'm not asking for $100 donations, im asking for penny's because everything helps. thanks to everyone who donates no matter how small.
