Adoption for Azalea

My name is Jennifer Miller,  I have had a baby since she was 9 weeks old and she will be 2 January 16. Her biological parents are just now trying to see her and I don't get help from the state or anything else I work 2  jobs,  I am a school teacher and I work at waffle house on the weekends. My husband and I have been her only parents and have done everything for her. Now we are wanting to adopt her and make a permanent home for her.  The retainer fee for the attorney is $3500 and he stated that it could go up to $8000 due to the circumstance of the parents.  Any help would be much appreciated and would help make a permanent home that is safe and loving for AzaLea
