Adopting Kids from India

Hello! We're Erica and Philip, and we've decided to open our home to two adopted kids from India. We're about 50 years old, and as we look ahead, we feel that this is a good path for us, a chance to learn and grow while giving two Indian kids a chance to move from an institution into a loving home.
   Why India? Because Philip hails from there, from the Meghalaya region in the northeast. Additionally, we have both enjoyed our two worlds, our families in both America and India, and we'd like to share this with our adopted kids. 
   We made this decision based on our hearts, not a giant savings which, unfortunately, we do not have. These days, adoption is super expensive and time-consuming. If you can help us start this journey with as little debt as possible, we'll be so grateful! 
   Adoption comes with many risks. Not only is the process expensive, we do not yet know what medical or emotional conditions the kids might have. We have been told that sometimes the social workers and doctors simply do not know about underlying physical conditions or past traumas.
   This is why we will so much appreciate any help that you can offer! We're excited about this chance to help two kids find their forever family, and we extend our deep gratitude and prayers to all of those who join us by contributing to our home.
