This yearly project to provide a holiday gift for every resident of Martin Avenue Apartments is in memory of my mom who passed away in 2009. My mom taught me that the best gifts are the ones you give to others expecting nothing in return. In honor of her memory I make sure every older person gets a holiday gift bag with a stuffed animal, holiday candies, personal care products and more.

I invite you to join me by adopting some grandparents with me by donating to the fund! I also accept gift donations for the bags, we just need 125 of the same items as all the bags need to contain the same gifts.

Ok and the best part is local girl scout troops deliver the gift bags (much more fun for the residents than one middle aged lady ME!) AND we get to teach the next generation to be givers!
