As most of you know I will be climbing Kilimanjaro in August. A 7 night 8 day walk to reach the summit of just under 6,000 metres. I have never done anything like this in my life, am not keen on cold weather, sleeping in a tent, heights, rocks. I will be without a toilet or hot shower and wifi. Oh the horror.

i initially set out to do this for ‘me’ and my own sense of achievement (which is still top of the list) but why not try and raise money at the same time? Cancer has taken away a few people very dear to me and continues to impact almost everyone I know in one way or another. And so there was never any hesitation what ‘cause’ I would want the money to go to. Read the blurb below for more information.
