My daughter Adison was born 4/1/09 with a extremely rare mitochondrial disorder called Pearsons syndrome, which progressed into Kearns Sayre syndrome which is a terminal illness with no cure. I want her to live the best life possible and be able to enjoy life and take trips and just enjoy being with her family. We had a hard time the last couple of weeks being in the hospital and would enjoy taking Adison on a once in a lifetime trip. Thank you,
