Support Adele Erickson as she performs and volunteers around the world!
I am so excited to have the opportunity to travel with a program called Up with People beginning in mid-January. Up with People teaches young adults to be positive agents of change and helps break cultural barriers - all through music and community service. Each week we will volunteer with schools and non-profit organizations to help with local projects, then perform a musical revue for the community, in the US, Canada and across Western Europe. This is truly the opportunity of a lifetime!
A semester with UWP costs about $17,000 for all travel, room and board. While I will get college credits, I cannot apply for college loans to cover this cost. I have been saving up, but need your help to raise the final $10,000. Will you support me in this extraordinary, life-changing opportunity? No amount is too small!
Thank You!
For those of you that don't know me well, I graduated Jackson Hole High School in June of 2019. I was born with hearing loss, which makes being musical all that more special. I have been singing since before I could walk, and through life's ups and downs singing has always been my special place of comfort and restoration. I love to perform, and I know that this time during Up With People will help me grow as a performer and a person.
