Hi I'm Mo I'm putting up this gofundme for a good friend of mine and my god child Adelaide (addy) age 3 yrs old. She has recently been diagnosed with a particularly aggressive form of cancer, Metastic MYC-amplified Medulloblastoma. 23-01-2026 flying out to the states is off the table for now due to unforseen circumstances but the goal remains the same. Addy remains the same smiley happy girl despite having to undergo 3 surgical procedures this week.
