Adding a Local Park in Coopersburg for Ayden Scharper
Donation protected
Ayden was someone who truly loved the outdoors and had a passion for sports, especially soccer. To honor Ayden’s memory, a group of friends and family in Coopersburg, PA, are coming together to add a park in the Coopersburg. Our area is building homes and developments all over this area, without adding any additional parks for kids to be able to safely access and play.
The kids in our neighborhood would have to walk 27 minutes to either Liberty Bell Schools park or a 34 minute walk, plus cross Route 309 to get to Southern Lehigh's Living Memorial Park. Many roads don't have sidewalks and are very narrow and unsafe. We need a place where families can gather and children play without needing a car, and we want to make it even more special by adding features that reflect Ayden’s spirit and love for soccer and the community. If we are unable to build a new park, proceeds will go towards improving Southern Lehigh Living Memorial Park.
Our vision includes building a small soccer field and a dedicated kicking wall, as well as creating a playground area for kids. The funds raised will go directly toward these improvements—covering construction, equipment, and landscaping—so that the park can become an even more meaningful tribute to Ayden’s life and the joy he brought to others.
Your support will help us enhance a space where memories are made, friendships are formed, and Ayden’s legacy lives on. Thank you for helping us keep Ayden’s memory alive in such a meaningful way.
