Yet again, I've decided to subject myself to a run, in the form of the 5.6km JP Morgan corporate challenge.

I'm raising money for Against Malaria Foundation  - this charity distributes insecticide infused nets to countries in need. I've been a donor for a few years, and it has consistently been rated as one of GiveWell's top charities .
