Niagara Nature Preserve needs help!
Tax deductible

We spent two years raising funds to purchase 26 acres in rural Niagara for a nature preserve with woods, meadow and trails, only to have an anonymous buyer submit a competing bid at the last minute. Worse, they want the land for a housing development!
We can't let this beautiful green space cleared by bulldozers. We have a contract from two years ago to buy the land if we obtained a Greenway grant, which we recently did. They - the sellers, the competing bidder and the real estate agent - thought we were going to walk away without a fight. Well, we're not.
We have retained a very capable lawyer to sue on our behalf and help us preserve this natural habitat for future generations rather than see this lovely parcel transformed into another housing tract. He has already done extensive pro bono work since our non-profit was organized, for which we are greatly appreciative. But litigation costs money, so we are asking for your help. Thank you.
