Greetings everyone, this fundraiser is for Tonton Guillaume to recognize the good he has done for so many individuals and family’s over the years. As far as I can remember as a child growing up in Congo, Tonton Guillaume was very well known for his acts of kindness towards his needy family members but also unprivileged people that he bore no family alliance with. I witnessed my dear uncle pay tuition for orphaned children, he supported widows, he fed poor family’s and strangers, he sheltered homeless people, he trained and advised people on how to work for themselves. In fact there was reputation that anyone that was in need of help was very likely referred to Tonton Guillaume for aid. I myself along with my three other siblings were orphans that my uncle took charge since our childhood until we become adults old enough to be responsible for ourselves. Tonton would often say that he would not marry at a young age until he was comfortable enough that everyone of his family members was able to care for themselves.Today my dear uncle has his own family, a wife and three children. Unfortunate events have led to my uncle being the one in need today. This GoFund me is anonymous to his knowledge. It’s an act of kindness that I thought of and going to share with everyone so that we can surprise him with this gift.
