Hi everyone !, Carla and Yerik (yes, your favorite Mexicans in Ireland!) are stepping onto the big screen, or at least, the Carrigaline big screen, as part of the Carrigaline Film Awards, a fun community event organized by the Carrigaline Lions Club.

This event brings together local residents to act, film, and celebrate creativity, all in support of six amazing charities: Childhood Cancer Ireland, Headway Ireland, The Jack & Jill Foundation, Rebel Wheelers, Carrigaline First Responders and the Carrigaline Youth Centre.

We’ll be acting in a couple of short movies (yes, you read that right , acting !), bringing a little Mexican spice to Irish filmmaking. Think of it as a cross between Tacos and a pint of Guiness, all for a great cause.

We’re raising funds to support these local charities, and we’d love your help. Any contribution, big or small, will make a real difference for people and families in need.

And if you happen to be nearby, you can even join us for the movie night to see our cinematic debut on the big screen (details to come). But the main goal now is to raise as much as we can for these wonderful charities.
