We're the McCloud’s — a family of four, working hard to turn our dream of homesteading and sustainable farming into reality. But like many others chasing a simple, self-sufficient life, we've hit a major roadblock: land prices.

We've found the perfect piece of land — 6.5 beautiful acres — where we dream of planting deep roots. A place to raise sheep, chickens, and bees, grow our own food, and create a haven for pollinators. A place where we can restore the soil, live simply, and share what we learn with others who hope to do the same.

This land feels like the missing piece — the one step between dreaming and doing.
