Accessible Vehicle For Double-Amputee Father

My name is Aaron, and my dad recently lost his second leg, making it very difficult for him to get around on his own. He has always been a very active person with a full life, and I don't want to see him lose that because of his lack of legs. Having the independance to transport himself safely would be an amazing gift. This van would be wheelchair accessible for him to get to the drivers seat, and have hand controls for him to be able to drive on his own. He would be able to get to work, shows where he sings with his band, and wherever else his heart takes him with this vehicle.
