Education & Foster Care Home for Children in India
In 2016, whilst studying in India, yoga teacher Caleb Jude Packham met with a community of families living in slum dwellings. Captivated by their joy for life, despite their hardship, Caleb decided to make it his mission to provide education for the children to break their cycle of poverty.

In 2017, Caleb launched a fundraising project called the Academy of Hope and twelve children were enrolled in Sanskar International School, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. A dedicated annual fundraising campaign ensures their ongoing education.
In 2021, the Academy of Hope Foster Home was established, providing a safe shelter, food and caring guardians to take the children school through their school years.

Due to the pandemic, many of the children are without parents, who, driven by poverty, have had to move to other parts of India where there is a greater likelihood of finding work, leaving their children behind.
This campaign is to raise £12,500 to cover the annual running costs for the foster home.
