#ABORTFAMILYCOURT: A FUNDRAISER TO REFORM FAMILY COURT

The marriage rate for Black folks in America is at an abysmal 35% (the lowest amongst all major races). This gives way to the next stat which is African American's lead the nation in the most divorces filed and carried out in the United States court system. We also are experiencing an alarming spike in people opting not to get married or have children.

So many crisis level issues that plague the Black race stem directly from broken and feuding families including but not limited to crime, drug use and abuse, higher probability to drop out of school, criminal court matters etc. We will work to change these social constructs through our community training, lobbying, activism efforts and accountability of action in regions where there is a spike in single parent households, crime, poverty, divorce rates and black folks having to engage with the family and criminal court system.

The Strive365 (www.strive365.org) team is a mix of mediators, non custodial and custodial parents, couples who have been successful at marriage and parenting, mental health experts and media professionals (including the black family advocate and lobbyist, Bobby Rox out of Washington DC). Our team has collectively worked to pinpoint the problem and apply the solution. With your help we can change things for the better for many.
