Abdul Zaman - because he helped our soldiers.

I am a friend of Abdul Zaman. He served our soldiers as an Interpreter. He, his wife and five children escaped from Kabul 12 hours before the explosion sealed the fate of thousands. With the help of retired military, and confidential insiders working in the background, they were able to get into the airport. By the time they made contact with the "inside contact" the Taliban had taken all their bags. They left Kabul with nothing.

They are in the U.S. now. Abdul is working three jobs to make the best living he can. His goal is to provide an opportunity for his children and wife to get an education.

I have obtained a vehicle. Most of it has been funded through James Wood GMC in Decatur Texas. I need another $10,000 to fund the balance. Any excess funds will be used for insurance and other items for their home. As I said, they arrived in the U.S. with absolutely nothing. No possessions, no money and no relatives.

Abdul risked his entire life, particularly over the last 20 years, to serve the US in our war against tyrants. Help us and give him a little for his service to our, and now his, country - the U.S.A.
