Abandon C81 & C101 (Nillumbik)
Donation protected
Nillumbik PAL’s (Proactive Land Owners)
We have a single purpose
The abandonment of Nillumbik planning amendment proposals C81 and C101
We need your help.
The vast majority of the beautiful hills of Nillumbik are comprised of privately owned properties.
We believe that it is the landowners that are best placed to responsibly protect, use and maintain this wonderful countryside for the broader community, our families and future generations.
But who protects us?
We believe
Our protection is a shared role between landowners and Government at all levels.
The overriding role of Government is to protect human life[1].
The role of Nillumbik Council should be to work in conjunction with landowners to protect the community and our broader interests (which include our interests in managing, maintaining and using our properties), as well as supporting our social and economic wellbeing[2] now and into the future.
Nillumbik Council has proposed planning amendments C81 and C101 through the introduction of ill-conceived overlays and what will become ever increasing restrictive controls that place our lives, livelihoods and interests at risk.
Amendments C81 and C101 must be abandoned.
So we need you to help us stop the proposed amendments C81 and C101.
We need to work together to achieve our goal. In order to achieve that goal we ask you to make a financial contribution which will support our combined efforts.
Your financial contribution will directly pay for:
Legal counsel and representation to progress any and all necessary action against council which facilitate the abandonment of proposed amendments C81 and C101 inclusive of Planning Panel representation,
Any Expert Witnesses as may be needed, and
printing and stationery and promotional costs.
Please consider making a contribution today. Contribute to protect the lives and livelihoods of Nillumbik landowners.
When proposed amendments C81 and C101 are abandoned, any remaining funds will be donated to a charity.
If you have any questions, please contact Anthony Mendola.
Together we can do this. Together we can achieve our goal. Together we can deliver an outcome to the benefit of our children whilst simultaneously delivering a superior outcome to the Community.
