AAYLS GLR, Uganda and Beyond 2022

   AAYLS Global Leadership Retreat (GLR) and Uganda Sisterhood Conference

This is an opportunity for a smaller group of young leaders (6th Grade-College) to gain specific leadership skills and be a part of a Global Network of support. African American Young Ladies are a growing group that is being "Pushed Out" of opportunities, schools and people's hearts and minds. African American boys and men are a priority and should be; however, AA girls and women are at the bottom of most lists, and the conversations about solutions need to include them. Sponsor a girl and support change. The cost per girl is between $1600 and $2300 for these life-changing experiences. These young ladies will immediately use the skills gained to impact their communities as we bring them back into the community to lead their peers and the 3rd- 6th graders at the Sista 2 Sista event.
