Hello, as difficult as this has been for me to do, I have come to the decision that without starting this I will not be able to do what I need to do in order to get partial custody of my child. For the last 3 years, her mother and I have had verbal agreements on when each of us will have Arcelia. Due to ongoing and recent circumstances, a verbal agreement is no longer an option. In order for me to gain, at least, partial custody I will need to hire an attorney. Unfortunately, due to the majority of my paychecks going to bills and providing for my daughter, I do not have the funds needed to retain one at this time. I appreciate anything you are willing to donate in order to help me reach my goal. I understand if you are unable to but please feel free to share my link because at this point anything helps.
