Baby Luka

Today we are asking for your help! Luka was born August 26, 2020 during his 2 week check up the doctors found out Lukas heart was leaking. He was then flown to KC where they waited as the pressure on Luka’s lungs was too high to be able to perform surgery. At a point Luka’s heart stopped and he was put on a ventilator. Luka underwent open heart surgery where doctors were able to repair his mitral valve but leaking was still detected after surgery and full support from the ventilator was still needed. Luka is a tough little guy and was able to get off his ventilator but is now fighting necrotizing enterocolitis where a portion of his bowel is dying. This had been a long and terrible two months for Ashley, Pat, Leo, and their family. They have not been working for these two months, bills at home still need to be paid, and hospitals are not cheap. Please, help anyway you can, if you can. If you can’t give keep this family in your prayers. Leo needs his little brother home!
