REUNITING FAMILIES

Adoptees from Quebec’s Creches (AACDQ ) is a group of people that in one way or another are related to adoption. They had come together to to fulfill the need of individuals to find their family of origin. I know this because I’m one of them.

All these kids were adopted in Quebec in the 1950's in Cuba only. There are many more in many other countries that are also looking for their families at birth.

I’ve been looking for my biological father. Even though I haven’t been able to find who he is, I’m very close. Thanks to the help provided by Search Angels  in this group this will soon be a fact. Like me, there are thousands. Now imagine if you didn’t know who your birth parents are. What would you do? Have you ever wander where you came from? For an adoptee or someone that gave a child in adoption these questions are always there.

Because of how difficult the search has been for me, I made the decision to join these Search Angels in AACDQ and help make things easier for others in the same situation.

This fundraiser is helping to cover the legal expenses of forming a nonprofit organization which is close to $3000. The little left will help cover some of the expenses that Search Angels incur, they are already donating their time and expertise.
