I am hoping to raise funds to help my grandmother that was taken advantage of in a scam.

My grandmother got notification today that her bank account was compromised and that she needed to close her account. She went to the bank to withdrawal her money, and when she returned home she got out of her car and was attacked and her money was taken.

She is OK (thank GOD) but this is the money that she lived on, and her home owners insurance will only recover $1,500.
