We need a miracle

I'm writing this on behalf of Katie — a single mom, a fighter, and honestly, someone who deserves a break.

Katie’s three months behind on her mortgage and bills. She works as a cleaner, paid hourly, but the work isn’t consistent — and when it is available, she shows up and grinds through it, even when her body is breaking down.

She brings in roughly 800 a month and her bills surpass 2k. She isn't sitting around waiting for help but she desperately needs it.

She’s not sitting back. She’s been repairing her house herself — painting walls, fixing windows, patching a cracked foundation — while barely making ends meet. All she wants is to hold onto the home she’s fought so hard for.

She’s not lazy. She’s not giving up. She just needs a lifeline — not forever, just right now.

Her average bills are around $2,700 a month — mortgage included. That means she’s $8,000 behind (3 months), and every day she’s closer to losing the only stability she and her child have.
