Help my Daddy Fight Stage 4 Lung Cancer

As some of you may or may not know, my daddy was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer last month. It has spread throughout his body and has affected him very quickly. It hurts my heart to watch him suffer this illness. He has always been the strongest man I know that worked hard, loves the dirt track, old cars, race cars, his grandbabies, and his wife.

He was never one to go to the doctor when he didn’t feel well but this time he knew something wasn’t right. He couldn’t keep anything in his stomach and had abdominal pain. Long story short, within a matter of days his doctor(s) informed him and my mama that the cancer was on his lung in two places, his liver, his lower back, and lymph nodes. He stays in so much pain, he’s lost soooo much weight, he can’t eat or sleep but continues to try to keep a smile on his face.

My sweet mama has been doing her best at staying by his side but unfortunately that doesn’t mean the bills stop flowing in. She is having to be on a leave of absence, getting daddy where he needs to be, his medications, and taking care of some things that insurance will not cover. At the same time, my Nana, dad’s mom is in the nursing home healing from a broken hip. Therefore, we are having to tend to my nana, her home, her animals, etc all at the same time. If you could and would please keep my sweet family in your thoughts and prayers, they would be more than greatly appreciated.
