My dad recently underwent his 3 open heart surgery to replace his aortic valve.My parents currently live in different states due to his job. With this Mom took off work and is in Georgia taking care of him and not working. They couldn’t perform the surgery in Augusta so they had to get a hotel in Atlanta. The VA isn’t covering any part of those fees. Anything would help them during this financial hardship.
