Christmas was different this year. On December 22nd, after a visit from o the Emergency Room for abdominal pain, Kayla (my baby sister) was diagnosed with Metastatic Liver Cancer; (and we now know) of Breast cancer origin. This is only the beginning: Kayla still needs to have a mammogram, PET Scan, and a multitude of other tests done before treatment can begin. She was denied health insurance multiple times. Under these circumstances, the Brahmsteadt Family is experiencing financial hardship. If you feel led to donate to assist the family, it would be greatly appreciated.
