Hi my name is Lucy, and I will be running the race for life in 2026 for my incredible dad. In 2022 my dad got diagnosed with Stage 4 bowel cancer, since then he has been fighting against this horrible disease. Recently, we have found out he is reaching the end of his fight. My dad has helped so many people over the years, and for the ones close to him you know he’d go to the moon and back for anyone and is always willing to help anyway he can. Therefore, we will be running to donate to a charity extremely close to our hearts.

unfortunately, since making this decision to do this race for my dad, he had lost his battle to bowel cancer on the 10th may, this makes me more dedicated to smash this race. So please if you can donate what you can to help families that are dealing with bowel cancer and the lose of loved ones.
