A few months ago, my father had successful surgery to remove the cancer that lived in his body. It was a scary time no doubt, and my heart goes out to everyone that has been affected by any illness, of any sort, at anytime. It is part of life- I accept that, but it's also up to us to work together to spread the love. A small gesture goes a long way, so please consider donating any amount to this small fundraiser to raise awareness and to share love.

On June 19, I will Chop the Mop, along side my great friends; Jessica Maxwell, Krista Nicholson and Derek Brown, bringing us to 45 inches in total. If anyone else would like to donate their hair, please contact me, if not, please share and/or click on the link to donate. The money we raise will be donated to CancerCare Manitoba- Cancer Research and the hair will all be donated to the making of wigs.
